AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
SEYER ENTERPRISES SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Seyer Enterprises
Subdivision, being a part of Outlot No. 54, United States
Private Survey No. 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the
Fifth Principal Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, submitted by Seyer Enterprises, LLC, bearing
the certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated the 19th day of April, 2024, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
