1'7 5AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
MIDAMERICA CROSSINGS THIRD SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Midamerica Crossings Third
Subdivision, being all of Lot Four C (4C) of Midamerica
Crossings Second Subdivision as recorded in Document No. 2019-
06481 in the County Land Records, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Victorian Inns Inc. ,
NKA Midamerica Hotels Corporation, bearing the certification of
Travis J. Steffens, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 11th
day of March, 2024, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
