AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
LONE STAR INDUSTRIES, INC. LAND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Lone Star Industries, Inc.
Land Subdivision, being part of U.S. P. Survey #173, and part of
U.S. P. Survey #812, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the
Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by the Family Trust
under Indenture of Trust of Charles L. Hunze, dated July 27,
2004, as Amended, bearing the certification of Kelly K. Snell, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 5th day of January, 2024,
including all exceptions and variances, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
