AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
DODD SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Dodd Subdivision, being all
of Lots 10 and 11 of Deevers Farm - Phase 1 as recorded in Plat
Book 22 at Page 99 of the County Land Records, Located in
Section 20, Township 31 North, Range 14 East of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by Michael J. Dodd and Melody A. Dodd,
husband and wife, bearing the certification of R. Christopher
Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 19th day of
December, 2023, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
