AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD
PLAT OF STEVENSON SUBDIVISION NO. 2
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Stevenson Subdivision No. 2,
being all of Lot One (1) of Stevenson Subdivision as recorded in
Document Number 2023-01221 of the County Land Records, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted
by Kinyinna Stevenson, a single person, bearing the
certification of Travis J. Steffens, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated the 11th day of December, 2023, including all exceptions
and variances, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
