AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF
SECTION 26-289 OF THE CITY CODE REGARDING
NO PARKING ZONES ON SMALLWOOD-WILLIAMS
WAY, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of Section 26-289 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by changing the name of Bellevue Avenue to Smallwood-
Williams Way for existing No Parking Zones at the following
locations:
• Smallwood-Williams Way - south side, 225 feet west of
Pacific Street.
• Smallwood-Williams Way - north side, beginning 627 feet
west of Pacific Street extending 85 lineal feet.
• Smallwood-Williams Way - north side, beginning at the
northwestern corner of Smallwood-Williams Way and
Pacific Street, and continuing westward along the
north curb line for a distance of 225 feet .
• Smallwood-Williams Way - south curb line, 23 feet east
of Houck Place.
ARTICLE 2 . It is the intention of the governing body
and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this
ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the
sections of this Code may be renumbered to accomplish such
intention.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its final passage and approval.
