AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
WINTERFIELD SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Winterfield Subdivision,
being all of Lot 4 of Resubdivision of Lots 1 - 8 of Baldwin
Place Phase I as recorded in Document #2014-09040 in the land
records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Dream Home
Rentals, LLC, bearing the certification of Travis J. Steffens, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 3rd day of November, 2023,
including all exceptions and variances, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
