AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
BRICK & IVY SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Brick & Ivy Subdivision,
being all of Lot One (1) of Crown Second Subdivision as recorded
in Document Number 2012-08774 in the County land records,
located in Section 32, Township 31 North, Range 14 East, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted
by Brick & Ivy, LLC, bearing the certification of Travis J.
Steffens, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 3rd day of
November, 2023, including all exceptions and variances, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
