The meeting was called to order by Paul �tiles. The minutes of the
last meeting were approved as read.
The Board reviewed a complaint by bir. Farquhar that the gates were
being locked at all times which is causing a great deal of inconvience.
Dave Patterson moved that the City purchase two (2) automatic gates
for entry and exit or provide 24 hour security service. Seconded
by Truman Cole. Motion Carried.
Jo Ann Anderson, President of the Ex�eri.mental Aircraft Association,
talked ot the Board. Mr. Farquhar w3s also present. These visitors
are very unhappy with the gate situation. They do not like the elec-
tric gate recommendation. Dave Patterson ammended his motion to say
that if a Policeman can be on time to open and close the gates the
implementation of the original motion would not be necessary. The
Policeman would be present no more than 45 minutes prior to flight .
time. The gate must be locked no more than 30 minutes after the
flight.
Paul Miles asked that each Board Member carefully review the !�4�nimum
Standards and bring any suggested c!-.anges to the next Board :+leeting.
hir. Miles also asked that copies of the Sikeston and Paducah Dlinimum
Standards be obtained and distributed to the Board.
Jerry McClanahan was present for his first meeting today.
There being no other business the meeting was adjourned.
