Minutes approved as read. ]tobert Gass discussed the restaurant lease. Liquor is not required, but the right to have liquor is granted and is optional. Package liquor should be excluded. I:xclusive right to package liquor should be given to the gift silop. 7'ruman Cole moved that the restaurant lease be revised to state ''liqu�r by the drink". Seconded by Dave Patterson. Motion carried. Dave Patterson moved that the gift shop lease should allow package liquor. Seconded by Truman Cole. hlotion carried. Tr�aman Cole feels that "housekeeping" around the airport is poor - weeds, old biiilding, etc. Otzr airport is substandard from a housekeeping standpoint, wheii compared to most other airports. Action should be taken immediately to cc>rrcct this situation. This airport is the "gateway" to our City and is making �i ��ery �oor impression. Truman Cole put this in the form of a motion. Seconded bv Dave Patterson. Motion carried. Robert Herbst agreed with the sentiments of tt�e Board and will press for immediate action. ['-�iu] �1ile� moved that Cape Central be required to lower their tie-downs so they will not interfere with mowing. Truman Cole seconded. Motion carried. ,�1 Stoverink reported that Hahn backed out on engineering for apron. Now worlcin� with liorner-Shifrin, Inc. in St. Louis. Should have completed plans �n 2 or 3 weeks. Next meeting scheduled for November 15, 1978. Motion made to adjourn by Glenn lteeves. Seconded by Truman Cole. Motion carried. Seconded by Dave Patterson. Motion carried. Dave Patterson moved that the gift shop lease should allow package liquor. Seconded by '1'ruman Cole. Motion carried. Truman Cole feels that "housekeeping" around the airport is poor - weeds, c>ld buildin�;s, etc. Action should be taken immediately to correct this sit:uation.
