'I'he meeting was called to order by Chairman Paul MIles.
h1inutes approved as read. Robert Gass brought up discussion on the minimum
standards. The ori�inal liability standards of 800,000 were lowered to
750,000 because t:his i.nsurance is written in 250,000 increments.
1'ruman Cole moved that Ronald Burger's bid of 25 acres @ $46.04 be accepted.
Dave Patterson seconded. Motion carried.
Truman Cole moved that the bid of Keith Schaper be accepted on the 281 acres
Cu` $66. 15 per acre each year for (5) five years, or a total of $18,588. 15
per year. There should be no reduction of the annual amount. Secanded by
ll.:i��c I'atterson. Mvtion carried.
kobert Gass disc�_issed that Airport Ftestaurant tenants want to get out of the
lease by September 30, 1978. Approved by Council. Equipment is for sale
for $5,376.00.
f3�b Shantos wants to lease restaurant on present terms. Jesse D. Hodges
alsc� wants to take over restaurant on present lease terms. Patterson moved
that ,lesse Iiodge be given lease. Truman Cole seconded. Motion carried.
'I'ruman Cole moved that gift shop be given license for package store and
restaurant be required to set up a bar and serve liquor by the drink. The
Board taked to ti1r. Ifudge and discussed the operation of the restaurant ana
s��ecifically liquor by the drink in the restaurant. The Board feels strongly
t}�at a packa�e store should be in the gift shop and liquor by the drink in
lhe restaurant. Board recommends that restaurant be required to sell liquor
by thc drink, or t}le lease not be granted, even if it means a further delay.

carried. The next regular meeting is set for October 19, 1978.
