AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
S & L SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of S & L Subdivision, being all
of Lots 19, 20, and 21 of Touchdown Ridge Subdivision as
recorded in Document No. 2016-00194 in the land records of Cape
Girardeau County, Missouri, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by The Terry Ann Mirly
Revocable Trust dated June 4, 1999 and as amended on March 11,
2013, and Brett E. and Carrie F. Leimbach, bearing the
certification of Rodney W. Amos, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated the 21St day of August, 2023, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
