BILL NO. 23-134 ORDINANCE NO. 5-41°
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
KENNEDY' S 2ND ADDITION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Kennedy' s 2nd Addition, being
a resubdivision of all of Lots 3 and 4, Kennedy' s Addition as
recorded in Plat Book No. 24 at Page No. 73, City and County of
Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Fruitland
Enterprises LLC, bearing the certification of R. Christopher
Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 9th day of August,
2023, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
