AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
CAPE WEST 19TH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Cape West 19th Subdivision,
being a part of Lot No. 1 of Commissioners Plat of Subdivision
of United States Private Survey No. 3090, Township 30 North,
Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City and County
of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by RAD
Properties, LLC, bearing the certification of R. Christopher
Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 10th day of July,
2023, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
