AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
BALDWIN CREEK SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Baldwin Creek Subdivision,
being that part of United States Private Survey No. 790,
Fractional Sections 9 and 10, Township 31 North, Range 13 East,
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri,
submitted by Meyr Properties, L.P., bearing the certification of
Travis J. Steffens, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 26th
day of May, 2023, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
