AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
HUNTER'S PLACE THIRD SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Hunter's Place Third
Subdivision, being a part of Lot Numbered Four (4) of Hunter's
Place Second Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book #18, at Page
#36 in the land records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, said
lot being in the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, all in
Township 31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by the Dianne E. Shantz Revocable Trust U/A
Dated March 21, 1995, bearing the certification of Kelly K.
Snell, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 19th day of May,
2023, including any exceptions and variances, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
