Co�rriissioner, as provided by said ordinance,and it is �urther
Resolved: -Tha� th3s Board rEcommends �or said ap�oint�ent ,e�illis
T,�iartin,the former ii83�th Co�missioner,as bEing capable and thoroughly
conversant with the duties of said of�ice and at no time has given the
Board an�� reason to criticize hi:� acts or fox� omission to fulfill said
