WHERE�S, the City Council of the City of C�pe Girarde�.u,

OF SAI� .AUTHORITY; AND AUTHORIZING SAID HOUSI'_VG �U^HOHI`l'Y TO
FUNCTIUN IN THL� CITY OF CI�.P� GIRARDE��U, MISSOURT�; and
�1�AS, the Cify Clerk of tn.e City of Cape Girardeau, �is-
souri has dul� notified me as Mayor of the Ci�ty of Cape Girardeau
of the passage and. approval of said Commission Forr� Ordinance N'o.

I�HER:�AS, said Comraissi�n Form Ordinance No. ��, hy Section
3 thereof, provides th�.t the Mayor of the City of Cape Girardeau
shall appoint five (5) persons who are taxpayers in the Ci�y of
Cape Girardeau, �dissouri, ana ivho have resided therein for five
years prior to such appotntment, to serve as Commission�rs of the
Cap� Girarc�eau Housing �uthority, three (3} of �hich said Commissioners
shall be appointed for a term of one (1) , t�ao (°�) and three (3)
years respectively, and. t�o ("�) of said Commissioners shalZ be
appointed for terms of four (1�) year�.
No�, Therefore, pursuant to �aid Commission Form Ordinance
No. �� , and pursuant to the �rovisions of the St�tutes of

the State of l�issouri, and by virtue of my office as Mayor, I
hereby appoin-t th� follo�ing named five (.5) persons to serve as
Commission�rs of the Cape Girardeau Housing Authority, anc3. to 5erve
for the number of years appearing after their na��s r�spectiveiy
from the date of such appointm�ent:
