Gir«rdeau Co,a.nty, M;_ssouri, has appeared bef�re the Council and
pres�nted his vrritten petition relative to the establishment of
�. branch Collector►s of.fice in the Ci�y of Cape Gir�4rdeau, as ?�ro-
vided by latv; and

be � canven�.�nce and aid to the residents anc� taxpayers of the
City of Cap� Gir�.rdeau, and the facts and circumstances which
exist in Cabe Gir�:.rdeau County m��ke it incurzaent to estal�lish
said branch oftice.

Girardeau hereby agrees to furnisht3�e necessary office room s�ace
and the necessary and required heat and li�;ht durin� all reasonable
hours for the use of the Collector of Cape Girardeau Co��.nty in
mz.intaining said branch office in the Cit�r of Cape Girardeau.

the Cit.y of Cape Gira.rdeau that he is the duly elected and qualified
Cou.nty
Collector of Cape Girardea�l, Missouri. Th�,t under the provisions
of the Mis�ouri law statutory authority is granted for the establish-
ment of a Collector� s branch office in the City of Cape Girardeau
upon certain terms and conditions set forth in swid. statutes. Your
Petitioner further represents that the conditi�ns therein set forth
vJith respect to population, location of county seat and Common Pleas
Co�.zrt are met b,y the facts existing in Cape Girardeau Count.y, and
that it will be a convenience and aid to the inhabitants of the City
of Ca.pe Girardeau to have said branch office established. Your
P�titioner further represents that under the lasv saic� office must be
loc�ated in the building used and occupied as the Cape Girar::teau Court
of Co�nz�on Pleas.
