That �shereas E. L. ii�arkham has co�pletea t'�le ti°�ork
of c�nstructing a system of lateral sanit�tary se�vers in Sewwer
District No. 6-E known as P.ti�!.A. Docket t3o. i160-R unaer the
contract entered into betyti-een said contractor and the City of
Cape Girardeau, iulissouri on the 27th day of Janueary, 1936, and
�yHEREAS John R. V�alther, City �n�;ir:eer �i the
City of Cape Gir-z;.rdeau has filed his repoz t aprroving the
character of sucn ��orx as having been dor�e in full complidnce
with the plans and specifications �nd the terms and conditions
of said contract, and
V�'AEREAS said contractor E. L. i'�arkhanl has de-
posited vrith the City Clerk the sum of Five Hundred (�50U.00)
Dollars as a special deposit fund for the purpose of maintain-
� ing streets anci sevvers in this district for a period of 12
months after the acceptance of said vi�ork, an�
�uHEREAS the Council has examined saici report
and finds the sar�e to be acceptable and in proper form.

OF CxPF GIRhnDEkU, ��iISSOURI, AS FULLOy"vS:
That said report of the City Engineer is here-
by accepteu un� approved ur�d ordered filec�; ,
That the v�ork of E. L. ��arkhar�, cor.tructor as
aforesaid in constructing the system of lateral sanitary se�v-
ers in Seti�rer District No. 6-B of the City of' Cape Gir�.raeuu
is hereby accepteci and a��roved as having been completeu in
full compliance v�ith the terms of tne contrdct bet�.een said
E. L. i�arkh�.r� and the City of Care Gir�rdeuu, dn� in full cor,�-
pliance v;ith the �lans and specifications for the construct-
ion of said system of ldteral sanitary seYlers heretofore a-
dopted by the Council;
That the Cit3r Engir_�er is hereby nuthorizec�
and directed to �repare and file y�,ith the City Clerk his fin-
a1 esti�n;te �f' the cost of this v;ork in accordance ti��ith the
provisions of Section 17 of Comrnission Form Orczin�.nc� No. 7�5,
passed an�. ap�roved on the 15th o�y of January, 1936•
