Be it res�lved by the cauncil af the
city of Ca�e Girdrdeau, that Harry L. Coffman,
Commissioner of Streets and member of the
council of city of Cape Girardeau, is hereby
authorized on behalf of the city �f Ca�e
Girardeau to make a�plication to the VJ. P. A.
for funds for the rur�ose of grading and
graveling of South Main Street, fro�n Vdilli4m
Street to College Street, and cannecting Good
Hope Street and �iorgan Uak Street.
