on a salary basis free fron the fee syster.z and to arrive at salaries
which ti�i�l justify cor�petent persons to hold such posi�:ions and render
service tc the citizens of the City and ot;her�who have business to
transact in te�e police courts, and

be paid into the City Treasury the cost of maintaining the police
court can be reduced 'uy the fixing of salaries for the service s of

Tha.t from and after the 15th day of l.�ay, 1928, the salary of
the Police Judge be fixed at the sum of �75.00 pex nont�i, and the
