WHEREAS, W..A. Moore has been a faithful and
conscientuous Superin�endent of Streets, and
�REAS, hi� compensation has been inadequate, and
'N�REhS� it has besa the understanding that his salary
would be increased as of June lst, Z925.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOI�VED BY THE COUNCII� OF+ Ti�+
CITY OF C�.PE GIRARDEAU, �dISSOURI, ��S FOLT,0�;75:-
That beginnin� June lst,, �,925, �P.A. l�oore shall
recei4e_ a salary of �115.O�J per month dating fram June lsct,
1925, and that he be allowed the �um of �37.50 to make up the
difference in his salary f or th� months of June, July and August,
1925, �nd that same be paid of the General Re�enue, �o that hia
salary increase wi.11 ratart aa of June Ist, 1925 instead of �i.e
date of th� passage of an ordinance providing for �uch increase
on September lst, 1925.
