WH�EAS, A License to operate a Rooming Houee mr Third Class Hotel
at 200 "A" North b2ain Street� in the City of Cape Girardeau� �issouri, was
on the 3rd day of January, 1922, isaued to �rs. I . B . Griffin� and,
;�'HEREAS, Since �aid date and particular].y between the 2nd day of Oc-
tober, 1922 and the 7 th day of �ctober , 192,2, the �aid �rs I . B. Griffin
did knowin�ly harbor witY�in the said Rooming House or Third Class Hotel,
ard so adrnitted under oath, one Willie t�illeford, an escaped corvict� v�o
was �,rar�ted by the State Authoritie$, and the said �frs. I . B. Griffin also
further admitted under aath thet she knew that he the sa,id Willi.e V�illeford
rva� ZRanted by the authorities as aforesaid and that she made no effort
to advise the Police or other afficiers of his presence in her Qaid Room-
ing House og Third Class Hotel� Now, therefore�
