A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FORM OF CONTRACT TO RENT CERTAIN SPACE
IN THE AIRPORT TERMINAL TO FEDERA.L AVIATION ADMINI5TRA.TION WITH
AUTHORITY FOR THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
WHEREA5, the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a municipal
corporation, desires to rent certain space in the Airport Terminal
a nd
WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration desires to
rent such space for good and valuable consideration,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MI5SOURI:
1. That the contract to rent certain space which is attached
hereto and marked as "Exhibit A" is approved in form.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
is hereby authorized and directed to execute this contract on
behalf of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. ;
