FUTURE CONSTRUCTION OF SHELTERS AND PAVILLION5 IN CITY PARKS
UNTIL SUCH TIME AS A COMPREHEN5IVE STUDY OF THE PARK SYSTEM
IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU IS MADE.
WHEREAS, there is a need to plan and develop our parks
in a systematic and orderly fashion and
WHEREAS, many groups and individuals seek to place shelters
and pavillions in the parks of the City of Cape Girardeau, and
WHEREAS, there is a need to have a comprehensive study
made of the use and development of our parks before such
pavillions and shelters are placed therein, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RE50LVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRA.RDEA.U, MISS�JUR�, that
l. Future construction of shelters and pavillions in
City parks is prohibited until such time that a comprehensive
study of the park system of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
is made.
