R E 5 O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, that the City Council of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, shall adopt
the policy of encouraging merchants and businessmen who have summer
employment available or pa.rt-time employment availaltil e, to hire qualified
youths to fill the available summer or part-time positions withaut regard
to race, color, creed, religion or sex of the youth seeking positions.
