EXTRACT FROM THE MINUTES OF A Regular MEETING OF THE Council
OF Cape Girardeau , MISSOURI HELD ON February 2 , 1966 0
The following resolution was introduced by Couu�ilman Fiacher , read
in full, seconded by Couneilmaa Pi�rce and conss ere :
Resolution Adopting and Approving the Execution of the Certificate of
Appropriation of Funds and readiness to proceed to be submitted to the
Governor of the State of Missouri to obtain State Aid ira the develop-
ment of the Cape Girardeau Airporte
Be it resolved by the Mayor and Council of the
City of Cape Girardeau , issouri o
SECTION 1 o That the City of Cape Girardeaushall submit
a Certificate of Appropriation of funds and readiness to proceed for the purpose of obtaining
State Aid in the development of the Cape Girardeau Airport and that such Certificate
sha I I be as set forth here i nbe low o
SECTION 2o That the Mayor of the City of Cape Girardeay
Missouri is hereby authorized and directed to execute said certificate in triplicate on
behalf of the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri and the Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to impress the official seal of the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri and to attest said executione
SECTION 3o That the said certificate in one page, referred to hereinabove
is inserted in full and attached herewith, and made a part here of Exhibit "B"o
