Al1 that part of Tract No. 1 of the Subdivision
of the Estates of Zouis Creibaum and Sarah E. Creibaum,
the same being a subdivision of the South one-half
of the Northwest Quarter; the Northeast Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 31 North,
Range 14 East, as shown in Partition Suit, Nellie
Hale, et al vs. Edna Norvell, et al, Cause 8885, Cape
Girardeau Court of Common Pleas, described by metes
and bounds as follows: to-wit: Begin at the Southwest
corner of said Tract No. 1 which is the same as the
Southwest corner of South Half of Lot 1 of the Northwest
Quarter of said Section 19 (in which corner is also
North 89 deg. 52' West, 1336 feet, more or less, from
the center of said Section 19) ; thence East along
the center line of said Section 19 between the northwest
Quarter and the Southwest Quarter thereof, a distance
of 735.00 feet, more or less, to a corner which is
the Southwest corner of a five acre tract of land
deeded to 011ie Brockmire and wife as shown by General
Warranty Deed recorded in Book 114 at page 498; thence
in a northerly direction and along the west line of
said five acre tract (on a line parallel to the west
right of way line of Cape Rock Drive) , to the northwest
corner thereof, a distance of 542 feet, more or less;
thence North and parallel to the East Half of Tract
No. 1 (also parallel to the west line of the South
one-half of Lot No. 1 of Section 19) , approximately
North 0 deg. 28 ' West, to the north line of said Tract
No. l, being also the north line of the South Half
of Lot No. 1 of Section 19; thence west along the
north line of said Tract No. 1 to the northwest corner
of said Tract No. 1 which is also the northwest corner
of the South Half of Lot 1 of Section 19; thence South
0 deg. 28 ' West 1405 feet more or less along the west
line of said Tract No. 1 to the place of beginning.
