FOR SITE GRADING, PAVING AND STORM SEWERS IN CONNECTION WITH THE UNIVERSITY/ CITY MULTI USE CENTER BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1 . The City Manager on behalf of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby authorized to join with Southeast Missouri State University in entering into a contract with Kiefner Brothers , Inc. for site grading, paving and storm sewers in connection with the University/City Multi-Use Center . SECTION 2. The contract shall be in accordance with the contract form submitted as part of the University/City Multi-Use Center Bid Package No. 1 for site grading, storm � sewers and paving.
