A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE FEDERAL AVIATION
ADMINISTRATION TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
FOR THE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER AT THE CAPE
GIRARDEAU MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l . The City Manager on behalf of the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri , is authorized to enter into a contract
with the United States of America, Department of
Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, to provide
maintenance services at the air traffic control tower at the
Cape Girardeau Municipal Airport . This contract shall be in
accordance with the terms set forth in Solicitation, Offer and
Award No. DTFA09-84-R-20055.
