A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF AMENDMENT
NO. 1 TO GRANT AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT NO. 6-29-0013-07
RELATING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CAPE GIRARDEAU
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . That the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, shall
enter into an agreement �ntitled Amendment No. 1 to Grant Agreement
for Project No. 6-29-0013-07 with the United States for the purpose
of amending the Grant Agreement between the Federal Aviation Admini-
stration acting for and on behalf of the United States, and the
City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri on September
28, 1981 .
SECTION 2. That the City Manager of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Amedment No. 1 to Grant Agreement for Project No. 6-29-0013-07
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to impress
thereon the official seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
and to attest said execution.
SECTION 3. That Amendment No. 1 to Grant Agreement for
Project No. 6-29-0013-07 is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 TO GRANT AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT NUMBER 6-29-0013-07
WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "FAA")
has determined it to be in the interest of the United States that the Grant Agree-
ment between the FAA, acting for and on behalf of the United States, and the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor"), accepted
by said Sponsor on the 28th day of September, 1981, be amended as hereinafter
provided, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined necessary to amend the description of development to
be accomplished under the project.
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, the FAA on
behalf of the United States on the one part, and the Sponsor, on the other part, do
hereby mutually agree that the said Grant Agreement be and hereby is amended by
deleting the dimension of runway 2-20 overlay and marking which appears in the third
line of the description, as it appears on Page 1, and substituting therefore the
following: �
"(approximately 532' x 100')"
