AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT
PLAN OF SOUTH SIDE FARMS PHASE 1
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Koehler Engineering and Land Surveying, Inc. on
behalf of Saint Francis Foundation Real Estate, LLC, submitted
on November 16, 2022 an application requesting approval of the
final development plan of South Side Farms Phase 1, located at
the northwest corner of Walnut Street and Beaudean Lane, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission has
recommended approval of said final development plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, has elected to approve said final development plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The final development plan of South Side Farms
Phase 1, at the request of Koehler Engineering and Land
Surveying, Inc. on behalf of Saint Francis Foundation Real
Estate, LLC, is hereby approved by the City Council. A copy of
said final development plan is on file in the office of the City
Clerk and is incorporated herein by reference.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
