AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
SOUTH SIDE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of South Side Village, being all
of that part of Outlot 45 of United States Private Survey Number
2199, Township 30 North, Range 14 East of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by Saint Francis Foundation Real Estate,
LLC, bearing the certification of Christopher L. Koehler, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 29th day of March, 2023, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
