A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT SUPPLEMENT WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, FEDERAL
AVIATION ADMINISTRATION TO THE MASTER SITE
LEASE AT THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The City Manager on behalf of the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby authorized to enter into a
contract supplement with the Department of Transportation,
Federal Aviation Administration to the Master Site Lease at the
Municipal Airport . A copy of contract supplement is attached
to this resolution and made a part hereof .

CONTRACT SUPPLEMENT For �STER SITE LEASE
At Mur�icipal Airport
Cape Girardeau, Missouri
ContractNo. DOT—FA72CE-6619__isherebyamended. by adding thereto sites for the installation
of a visual approach slope indicator (VASI) system serving Runway 20, as depicted
on drawing attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Lessor agrees as follows:
a. to provide vegetation control within the leased areas with growth
not to exceed 12 inches.
b. to provide snow removal on access roads serving the facility at
its earliest convenience.
A11 other terms and conditions of Contract No. DOT—FA72CE-6619 shall remain the same.
Supplement No. 8 shall become effective March 1, 1986 ,
