A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH BURNS AND
McDONNELL FOR SANITARY LANDFILL SITE
INVESTIGATION AND DESIGN
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The City Manager on behalf of the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby authorized to enter into a
contract with Burns and McDonnell to provide professional
engineering services for sanitary landfill site investigation
and design . This contract shall be for the services outlined
in the Proposal submitted by Burns and McDonnell . The contract
price shall not exceed the cost estimate set forth by Burns and
McDonnell in their Proposal .
