A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ECITER INTO AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT WITH
THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION TO
PROVIDE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER SERVICES
AT THE CAPE GIRARDEAU MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU , MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 , The City Manager on behalf of the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby authorized to enter into an
amendment to the contract entered into on November 20 , 1984
with the United States of America , Department of
Transportation , Federal Aviation Administration to provide air
traffic control tower services at the Cape Girardeau Municipal
Airport . This amendment shall reduce the contract amount for
the second year of the contract to reflect the reduced contract
amount in the agreement between the City and Barton ATC, Inc .

Contract No. DTFA09-85-C-20307 for providing Air Traffic Control Services, Cape Girardeau,
Missouri is modified as follows:
The total monthly contract amount is reduced by $333/month or $3,663/year due to change in
insurance rates; therefore the monthly rate is decreased from $11,077.60 to $10,744.60 per
month.
The total contract amount is changed from $132,931 .20 to $129,140.00 ($124,773 x 3..5 ,OH =
$4,367.00 - $129, 140)
The contract time for this change is from January 17, 1986 through December 17, 1986.
Except as provided herein,all terms and co�dltions of the document reterenced In Item 9A or 10A,as heretofore changed,remains unchanged and In full torce
