TO PROVIDE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER SERVICES AT THE CAPE GIRARDEAU MUNICIPAL AIRPORT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1 . The City Manager on behalf of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby authorized to extend, for a period of one ( 1 ) year , the contract with the United States of America, Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Ad- ministration to provide air traffic control tower services at the Cape Girardeau Municipal Airport. The City Manager is authorized to execute the Modification of Contract No . DTFA09-85-C-20307 , a copy of which is attached to this Reso- lution and made a part hereof . SFCTION 2 . The City Manager on behalf of the City of Cape � Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby authorized to extend the con- tract with Barton ATC , Inc. for air traiffic control services at the Cape Girardeau Municipal Airport for a period of one ( 1 ) year .
