A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH ALLEN AND FRIEDA
KRUEGER FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A MAUSOLEUM
IN THE CITY CEMETERY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The City Manager on behalf of the City of Cape
Girardeau , Missouri , is authorized ta enter into a Contract
with Allen and Frieda Krueger for the installation of a
mausoleum in the City cemetery. A copy of this Contract is
attached to this Resolution and made a part;hereof .

CONTRACT
n
This Contract made and entered into this day
of , 1985 , by and between the City of Cape
Girardeau , Missouri , a Municipal Corporation and Allen M. and
Frieda C . Krueger , Route 2 , Box 556A, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701 .
In consideration of the sum of $400 ,00 City agrees to allow
the Kruegers to install a two-crypt granite mausoleum in grave
spaces to be purchased by the Kruegers in either New Lorimier
or Fairmount Cemetery.
The mausoleum shall be fully preassembled and delivered to
the cemetery in one solidly united structure . The crypt shall
be a side by side design approximately eight (8 ) feet wide,
nine (9 ) feet long and three (3 ) feet high . The structure
shall be installed by qualified workmen according to plans
approved by the City Engineer . The installation shall be
inspected by the City Engineer .
The Kruegers agree to provide any necessary repairs and
maintenance to the �ausoleum for the first twenty-five ( 25 )
years after installation of the structure . Thereafter , City
shall provide such repairs and maintenance as it deems
necessary.
� This Contract shall be binding upon the parties hereto and
their successors , assigns and heirs .
