A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A CUSTODIAN OF THE
RECORDS OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,

WHFREAS, the Missouri Legislature has adopted a measure
requir. ing public governmental bodies to appoint a custodian of
that body 's records; and
WHEREAS , it is the desire of the Cape Girardeau City Council
to comply with such requirement ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLL�OWS:
l . That the City Clerk of Cape Girardeau is designated as
the custodian of the records of the City of Cape Girardeau ,
Missouri .
