A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT DELTA ENGINEERING
CONSULTANTS , INC. FOR A PRELIMINARY
ENGINEERING REPORT OF STORMWATER DRAINAGE
PROBLEMS AT INDEPENDENCE AND MIDDLE STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS : �
SECTION 1 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into an agreement with Delta Engineering Consultants for a
preliminary engineering report relative to storm water drainage
problems in and around Independence and Middle Streets in Cape
Girardeau , Missouri , said agreement to provide that the
preliminary engineering report will be completed in approximately
forty-five ( 45) days from the date of execution of the agreement
at a cost of Four Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($4, 200. 00) .
