A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF
AMENDMENT NUMBER 2 TO GRANT AGREEMEPIT FOR
PROJECT NUMBER 3-29-0013-01 RELATING TO THE
DEVELOPMENT OF TFiE CAPE GIRARDEAU MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT, CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . That the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , shall
enter into an agreement entitled Amendment Number 2 to Grant
Agreement for Project Number 3-29-0013-01 with the United States
for the purpose of amending the Grant Agreement between the
Federal Aviation Administration acting for and on behalf of the
United States , and the City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri , accepted by said City Council of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri , on September 21, 1983 .
SECTION 2. That the City Manager of the City of Cape
Girardeau , Missouri , is nereby authorized and directed to execute
said Amendment Number 2 to Grant Agreement for Project Number
3-29-0013-01 and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to impress thereon the official seal of the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri , and to attest said execution.
SECTION 3. That Amendment Number 2 to Grant Agreement for
Project Number 3-29-0013-01 is attached hereto and made a part
hereof .

AMENDMENT NUMBER 2 TO GRANT AGREEMENT FOR PROJEGT NUMBER 3-29-0013-01
WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration (Hereinafter referred to as the
"FAA") has determined it to be in the interest of the United States that the
Grant Agreement between the FAA, acting for and on behalf of the United States,
and the City of Cape Girardeau, MO hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor") ,
accepted by said Sponsor on the ?3rd day of September, 1983, be amended as
hereinafter provided, and
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, the FAA
on behalf of the United States, on the one part, and the Sponsor, on the other
part, do hereby mutually agree that the maximum amount of the obligation of the
United States as set forth in paragraph 1 of the terms and conditions of the
Grant Agreement between the United States and the Sponsor, accepted by said
Sponsor on the 23rd day of September , 1983, relating to Cape Girardeau
Munici al Air ort , Project No. 3-29-0013-01 is hereby
increased from 1 . 0.00 to $685,590.8U, which consist of:
$ -0- for planning
$685,590.84 for development other than land
$ -0- for land acquisition
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment to said Grant
