A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH D & D INVESTMENTS
FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE FOR THE
PROPOSED SITE OF FIRE STATION N0. 2
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU ,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l . The City Manaqer , for and on behalf of the City of
Cape Girardeau , Missouri , is hereby authorized to enter into a
Contract to Purchase with D & D Investments , Limited Partner of
Drury Development Corporation , General Partner , for the purchase of
real estate for the proposed site of Fire Station No . 2. A copy of
said Contract is attached to this Resolution and made a part hereof .

in exchange for Buyer granting a 30' non-
exclusive access easement at the rear (east)
property line as shown on Exhibit "A".
19) Permits Contract to Purchase is subject to approval
of Special Use Permit for a Fire Station by
Cape Girardeau City Council, as required by
local ordinance.
20) Appraisal Seller to order and pay for land appraisal.
In the event appraisal amount exceeds the
sale price, the City of Cape agrees to
accept the difference as a donation.
