A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION N0. 503 WHICH
AUTHORIZED THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AMENDMENT N0. 1 TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH CRAWFORD, MURPHY & TILLY, INC. ,
CONSULTING ENGINEERS , FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE
TERMINAL BUILDING AT THE CAPE GIRARDEAU MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 , Resolution No . 503 previously adopted by this
Council on March 19 , 1990 , is hereby repealed and rescinded in its
entirety and the City Manager 's authority to enter into Amendment
No . 1 to a Professional Services Contract with Crawford, Murphy &
Tilly, Inc. , Consulting Engineers, for improvements to the
Terminal Building at the Cape Girardeau Municipal Airport is
hereby rescinded inasmuch as the parties have reconsidered the
provisions of that contract and have mutually agreed to set it
aside in their mutual best interests .
