A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO
POTASHNICK CONSTRUCTION, INC. TO COMPLETE DIRT
HAULING AT THE CITY LANDFILL, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
WHEREAS, by contract duly authorized and entered into the 3rd
day of November � 1989 , between Potashnick Construction , Inc . and
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , for dirt hauling at the City
Landfill ; and
WHEREAS, by the terms of the original contract , this project
was to be completed by June l , 1990; and
WHEREAS, said contractor has requested the City Council to
grant him an extension of time until July 15 , 1990 , within which
to complete said project ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLO4dS:
ARTICLE 1 . Potashnick Construction , Inc. is hereby given an
extension of time until July 15 , 1990 , within which to complete
dirt hauling to the City Landfill .
