A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AN AMENDMENT TO AIRPORT AND AIRPORT
FACILITIES AGREEMENT AND LEASE WITH AIR MIDWEST,
INCORPORATED FOR SPACE IN THE CAPE GIRARDEAU
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City Manaqer , for and on behalf of the City of
Cape Girardeau , Missouri , is hereby authorized to enter into an
Amendment to Airport and Airport Facilities Aqreement and Lease
with Air Midwest , Incorporated for space in the Cape Girardeau
Municipal Airport Terminal Buildinq . A copy of said Lease
Amendment is attached to this Resolution and made a part hereof .

AMENDMENT TO AIRPORT AND AIRPORT FACILITIES
AGREEMENT AND LEASE
THIS AGREEf�ENT made and entered into this day
of , 1990 , by and between the City of Cape
Girardeau , Missouri , a Municipal Corporation of the State of
Missouri , hereinafter called "LESSOR" , and Air Midwest ,
Incorporated, a corporation orqanized and existing under and by
virtue of the laws of the State of Kansas , and authorized to do
business in the State of Missouri , hereinafter called " LESSEE" ;
WITNESSETH :
WHEREAS , The parties hereto previously entered into an
"Airport and Airport Facilities Aqreement and Lease" dated the
16th day of June , 1987 ; and
WHEREAS , The Airport and Airport Facilities Aqreement and
Lease dated June 16 , 1987 , qranted to Lessee the right to make
certain usaqe of portions of the Lessor ' s Municipal Airport
property ; and
WHEREAS , The parties to that agreement now desire to amend the
Airport and Airport Facilities Agreement and Lease with respect to
usage of the Terminal Building and rental on the Terminal Building
property .
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the rents ,
covenants and aqreement contained herein , and for other good and
valuable consideration , the parties hereto have mutually
covenanted and aqreed , and do hereby mutually covenant and aqree ,
each with the other , for the benefit of each other to amend the
Airport and Airport Facilities Agreement and Lease dated June 16 ,
1987 , in the followinq respects .
l . The current area that Air Midwest , Inc . is occupyinq in
the Cape Girardeau Municipal Airport Terminal Buildinq consisting
of six hundred forty ( 640) square feet will be vacated and Air
Midwest , Inc . will begin service from the counter space to the
South of their existinq counter space , usinq a new area totalinq
six hundred ninety-six ( 696 ) square feet .
2 . Rental for this portion of the Terminal Building property
under the existinq aqreement is Two Hundred Eiqhty Dollars and
Fifty-Three Cents (�280 . 53) per month based on six hundred forty
( 640) sctuare feet of space occupied . The parties hereto agree
that the rent will be increased to Three Hundred Six Dollars and
Twenty-Four Cents ( �306 . 24 ) per month for the new area to be
occupied totaling six hundred ninety-six ( 696) square feet .
In all other respects , the Airport and Airport Facilities
Agreement and Lease entered into by and between the parties on
June 16 , 1987 , remains in effect without amendment .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment
to the original Contract at Cape Girardeau , Missouri , the day and
year first above written .
