The City Manager , for and on behalf of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby authorized to enter into an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract No. 0001 to Solicitation No. DTFA09-90-R-20053 with the Federal Aviation Administration for air traffic control tower services at the Cape Girardeau Municipal Airport . (End of Clause) i � ' , i Page 1 of 1 PART I - SECTION C DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS FAA-C-1 All services shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work as shown in Attaehment No. 2. Page 1 of 1 PART I - SECTION E � INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE 52.246-4 INSPECTION OF SERVICES--FIXED-PRICE. (APR 1984) (a) Definitions. "Services, " as used in this clause, includes services performed, workmanship, and material furnished or utilized in the performance of services. (b) The Contractor shall provide and maintain an inspection system acceptable to the Government covering the services under this contract. Complete records of all inspection work performed by the Contractor shall be maintained and made available to the Government during contract performance and for as long afterwards as the contract requires. (c) The Government has the right to inspect and test all services called for by the contract, to the extent practicable at all times and places during the term of the contract. The Government shall perform inspections and tests in a manner that will not unduly delay the work. (d) If any of the services do not conform with contract requirements, the Government may require the Contractor to perform the services again in conformity with contract requirements, at no increase in contract amount. When the defects in services cannot be corrected by reperformance, the Government may (1) require the Contractor to take necessary action to ensure that future performance conforms to contract requirements and (2) reduce the contract price to reflect the reduced value of the services performed. (e) If the Contractor fails to promptly perform the services again or to take the necessary action to ensure future performance in conformity with contract requirements, the Government may (1) by contract or otherwise, perform the services and charge to the Contractor any cost incurred by the Government that is directly related to the performance of such service or (2) terminate the contract for default. (End of clause) ' f Page 1 of 1 PART I - SECTION F DELIVERIES OR PERFORMANCE FAA-F-1 . CONTRACT TERM. (APR 1985) The period of contract is NINE (9) months, from JANUARY 1, 1991 through SEPTEMBER 30, 1991. It may be annually extended for additional one-year periods, for a total contract period of not more than five years. Such extension(s) shall be made by the mutual agreement of both parties to this contract at the monthly amounts set forth in Part I, Section B, of this contract. (End of clause) FAA-F-2. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE. (APR 1985) All services shall be provided at the Federal Aviation Administration, Cape Girardeau Municipal Airport, Air Traffic Control Tower, Cape Girardeau, Missouri . Notwithstanding the provisions of the clause entitled "Changes - Fixed Price - Alternate I" (52.243-1 , Section I) , the Government shall not change the place of performance of services under this contract without the consent of the Contractor. (End of Clause) FAA-F-3. HOURS OF WORK. (SEP 1985) The contractor shall provide air traffic control services daily during the hours stated below. Sunday 12 Hours 6:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. Monday 12 Hours 6:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. Tuesday 12 Hours 6:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. Wednesday 12 Hours 6:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. Thursday 12 Hours 6:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. Friday 12 Hours 6:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. Saturday 12 Hours 6:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. (End of clause) FAA-F-4. PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS. (SEP 1985) All personnel of the Contractor and of any subcontractor providing air traffic control services under this contract shall meet the requirements of 14 C.F.R. 65.31 through 65.50.
