A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CERTIFIED LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGREEMENT AND OTHER
DOCUMENTS FOR CERTIFIED LOCAL GOVERNMENT STATUS
WITH THE STATE HISTORIC PRESERVATION OFFICE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . Tha` the Mayor of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri , is hereby authorized and directed to execu`e a Certified
Local Government Agreement and other neces�ary documents between
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , and the Missouri State
Historic Preservation Officer ( Missouri Department of Natural
Resources) for participation in the Certified Local Government
Status for the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri . A copy of said
Agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof .
