A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER AS THE
AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY FOR THE
STATE REVOLVING FUND PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE l . That the City Manager for and on behalf of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby designated as the
authorized representative for the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri , for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources State
Revolving Fund Program for sewer improvement and is authorized to
act on behalf of the City for the revolving fund program.
