A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXPENDITURE FROM THE
CONTINGENCY FUND ON BEHALF OF THE CONVENTION AND
VISITORS ADVISORY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City Council of Cape Girardeau hereby approves
the expenditure of City funds for the expansion of the computer
system for the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Cape Girardeau
and the City Council further authorizes that such expenditure be
made and paid for from the contingency fund previously established
for the Convention and Visitors Bureau .
